Al Dana for Girls holds a national celebration

Al Dana Girls Center celebrated the National Day under the umbrella of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, in the presence of the center's employees, a number of girls, mothers and cooperating parties. The program of the celebration included several segments and competitions to enhance the national identity and National Day shows. The participating parties cooperating with the center were also honored, namely (Ehsan Center - Bayt Al-Hikma - Ministry of Development and Family), honoring female employees - honoring parents. The affiliated girls presented a singing operetta called (Artistic Painting on Love of the Homeland) in which girls aged 10 years and above participated, as the number of girls participating in the operetta reached 18 girls. Mrs. Wadha Al-Jaber, Head of Al Dana Girls Center, indicated that celebrating the country's National Day is a dear occasion in all our hearts, in which we recall the glories of the past and the sacrifices of fathers and grandfathers. Al-Jaber said: “On this day, we feel proud and honored for the unprecedented renaissance that this country has achieved in all different fields, until Qatar has become an example to be emulated in all aspects. She noted that through this day, we seek to introduce the young generation to the meanings of loyalty, solidarity and unity, and to instill them in the souls of girls and acquaint them with Qatari heritage and history. Celebrating the National Day is a national holiday that unites us all, and we must remember it constantly and not celebrate it on one day and never forget it. The celebration must be throughout the year. She stressed that the celebrations of the National Day instill love of the homeland and national identity in our souls, and it is a source of pride and honor for us as Qataris.” The Vice President of the Center, Ms. Haya Al Shamri, said that celebrating the National Day is a dear occasion for every citizen and resident of the beloved land of Qatar. On this day, we celebrate this occasion in our hearts and feel on this day the blessings that God has bestowed upon us in this good land, which has given us a lot, and that celebrating the National Day is not a celebration of the maroon and white day, but a celebration of achievements, progress, vitality and activity on all levels. Al Shamri praised the wonderful performance of the Dana girls through the shows that were presented during the National Day, and she also praised the efforts of the employees and the supporting bodies of the center and said: We seek in the next stage to provide all that is best for the members
